The pool pump is in the process of being replaced since it died Sunday. The pool temperature is now 73 degrees which is too cold for the swimmers. The 5:30 practice on February 6th and 7th has been cancelled. Coach Jackie is in Mansfield, TX at the TAPPS State Championship Swim Meet. Workout will resume on Monday, February 11th. See you in the water on Monday!

There will not be swim practice on Tuesday, January 22nd and Wednesday, January 23rd. Both coaches will be in San Antonio, Texas at the TAPPS Regional Qualifier Meet. We will have practice on Monday, January 21st even though it is a holiday. We will be back to normal schedule on Thursday, January 24th. The December 8-9, 2108 swim meet at the CCISD Natatorium was the first prelims/finals meet for many of our swimmers. We had swimmers competing in new events and swimmers dropped quite a bit of time. The biggest drop in time goes to Jevaun with 37 seconds in the 500 free followed closely by Darienne with 26 seconds in her 200 free. We have attached the results file below. We are looking forward to the 100 × 100 and the 50 × 100 event on the 31st of December!
