Bronze, Silver, Gold Groups workout 5:30pm to 6:30pm, Monday thru Thursdays 11 years and younger. Usually, If your swimmer needs to learn the strokes we ask they go to the 5:30 class. We have older swimmers go to 5:30 to learn their strokes. The older class we ask they know the strokes and have some endurance before they move up to the 6:30 class.
